Toro Rosso drivers penalised

Toro Rosso had their season’s only point stripped lat night, when Japanese marshals handed down a time penalty to Tonio Liuzzi for overtaking under yellow flags.
Liuzzi received a 25 second penalty to his finishing time, after he allegedly overtook Spyker’s Adrian Sutil under yellow flags.
The decision dropped the Italian behind Sutil, and handed the struggling Spyker team their first ever world championship point.
Liuzzi and Toro Rosso insist that there was no wrongdoing, and will appeal the decision.
Meanwhile, Liuzzi’s teammate, Sebastian Vettel will also cop a penalty for crashing into Red Bull’s Mark Webber behind the safety car at Fuji.
The German rookie will take a 10-place grid penalty in the upcoming Chinese Grand Prix for the collision that ultimately cost the two drivers podium places
